Custom Order Details

How it works:

  1. Contact us via email (artbycarolinekelly@gmail.com) or through our site.

  2. Once you have decided on a size/ color palette/ and the details of your piece, it is time to place your order! 50% of your total order is required as a deposit before creation begins.

  3. Once payment is received on our end, we will begin creating your commissioned piece!

  4. Upon receiving the order, we will send you a photo of the piece for your feedback.

  5. We will revise your piece (up to) three times, and once you approve, no further edits will be allowed.

  6. After you approve the piece, full payment is required via CHECKOUT ON OUR SITE.

  7. Once item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
